Today, in 20 countries, nearly 9,000 colleagues work to ensure that 500 of the world's most well-known global and local brands reach consumers through retail and HoReCa channels. We are looking for our new Key Account Manager colleague to join the official distribution team of the world's number one lubricant manufacturer (SHELL) in Hungary, responsible for the industrial sector in Eastern Hungary.
Tasks
- Achievement of annual sales and margin targets within the assigned customer base.
- Development of existing client relationships and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Conducting regular client visits, negotiations, and contract conclusions.
- Development of sales proposals, pricing agreements, and business plans.
- Up-to-date management of forecasts, reports, and CRM data.
- Monitoring customer receivables and payment discipline.
- Close cooperation with technical, customer service, marketing, logistics, and finance teams.
- Gathering market and competitor information, identifying business opportunities.
- Participation in professional events, trainings, and customer events.

Requirements
- Higher education
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Technical interest
- Confident MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
- Result-oriented mindset and business thinking
- Outstanding customer management and negotiation skills
- Independent, demanding, proactive work ethic
- Strategic vision and systematic thinking
- Problem-solving ability
- English language skills are an advantage
- Preferred residence: Eastern Hungary region
