Our goal is to build an innovative service portfolio and ecosystem related to home solutions that is unique in Central and Eastern Europe.
Tasks
- Participation in developing short- and medium-term strategies related to products and services
- Supporting domestic and international business development projects, tracking roadmaps, and preparing regular reports for management
- Independent coordination of the business development process for individual products and services
- Close collaboration with internal and external business and support areas (finance, controlling, marketing, product development, IT development, sales)
- Preparation, modification, and professional review of operational guidelines
- Analysis of product and service pricing and profitability, coordination of service contract execution
- Identifying cost-optimization opportunities and formulating development proposals
- Preparing and presenting analyses to support strategic decisions
- Documenting, developing, and optimizing customer service and background processes

Requirements
- Several years of experience in business consulting, product or business development, or a similar professional field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Confident business mindset and analytical approach
- Experience in creating business specifications and stakeholder alignment
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Project and task management experience
- Precise, structured, and responsible working style
- User-level IT skills and MS Office knowledge
