In Hungary, KOSTAL is building its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with SAP Analytics and Transformation expertise to join our team.
Tasks
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for analytics/reporting use cases.
- Moderate workshops and align stakeholders across business functions, IT, and external partners.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable functional requirements.
- Analyze and map end-to-end business processes and related data flows in SAP ECC.
- Work closely with solution architects and BI/analytics teams to shape solution options and ensure feasibility.
- Create and maintain a prioritized backlog; support release planning and effort/value discussions.
- Coordinate and steer external consultants/developers from a functional perspective.
- Support functional testing and ensure user enablement.

Requirements
- University degree in Business Informatics, IT, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Several years of experience as Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer / Functional Consultant in an SAP-centric environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP ECC processes and data, especially quantities and value flows.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills; confident in moderating meetings and workshops.
- Structured, analytical thinking; able to handle ambiguity and drive clarity.
- Experienced working in an international, virtual team.
