eMoldino is looking for an IoT Field Service Engineer to be responsible for deploying IT infrastructures and servicing hardware across multiple manufacturing industries for global OEMs. The immediate service area for this position is Hungary, however, you will also be part of a larger team that is responsible for technical deployment and maintenance across Europe.
Tasks
- Installation and configuration of sensors, terminals, and related hardware, ensuring successful deployment in manufacturing environments.
- Provide on-site or remote technical support to site personnel, particularly in the European market, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues efficiently.
- Clean, import, and harmonize OEM tooling data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Liaise between the site personnel, Implementation, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Gather feedback from the field to help improve deployment processes.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or a technical certification and/or a polytechnic degree.
- Relevant field service or hardware installation experience in industries such as telecommunications, IoT, energy, manufacturing, or automotive is also valued.
- Hungarian (Native Speaker or C2-level)
- English (Native Speaker or C1-level)
- Highly proficient in technical procedures, such as troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and database management.
- Knowledge of program script writing (python, google apps, etc.), 3D modeling or design applications is highly valued.
- Physically capable of working on-site in a manufacturing environment and installing the IoT product.
