Tasks
- Operational management of a team of approx. 60 employees (administrators and technicians)
- Comprehensive supervision and oversight of consumable warehouses
- Supervision and coordination of rework processes across two buildings
- Ensuring required headcount for Module and Pack areas and managing inter-departmental transfers
- Assessing headcount needs, workforce allocation, and tracking training plans

Requirements
- Are fluent in English and Hungarian
- Have gained experience in a manufacturing environment
- Can independently and decisively manage and coordinate a team
- Have experience with operational headcount management
- Enjoy working in a multinational environment
