Systems Support Engineer

Tasks

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer feedback, challenges, and opportunities are effectively communicated across engineering and business teams.
• Provide first-line technical support, guidance, and training to customer personnel.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, reproduce, document, and coordinate resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive timely and effective issue resolution.
• Participate in engineering design and project review meetings, providing recommendations that enhance serviceability and supportability.
• Maintain accurate service records, technical documentation, and status reporting.
• Support the installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of automated test systems and associated products.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training programs, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Deliver post-deployment consulting and technical recommendations to improve system uptime, reliability, and overall user effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance support processes, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
