We are looking for our new colleague for a 2-year fixed-term contract in the Process Development and Capacity Planning team of the Customer Relations Center at E.ON Ügyfélszolgálati Kft. The new E.ON corporate group is one of the strongest operators of European energy grids and energy-related infrastructure.
Tasks
- Supporting data-driven decision-making in customer service through reports, statements, and analyses
- Generating data and reports required for capacity planning and performance analysis
- Deep analysis of reports, developing independent proposals, preparing and presenting decision-making materials
- Supporting capacity planning and feedback processes to make organizational operations more efficient
- Process development, proactive proposals for automation, standardization, simplification, and loss reduction
- Active participation in projects, as well as cooperation with managers and analytical expert colleagues

Requirements
- You have a higher education degree or are currently studying (advantageous if in IT or economics)
- You have 3 years of relevant professional experience in report preparation and business data analysis
- You use Microsoft Office systems at an advanced level (Excel, Access, Visio)
- You know the SAP system at a user level
- You like working independently and are not deterred by solving complex problems
- Your strength is clear, effective communication — both verbally and in writing
- You have basic project methodology knowledge
