As a Financial Controller at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. You will manage financial planning, control costs, investments, and headcount, and work with state-of-the-art AI tools.
Tasks
- Manage the financial planning and control of costs, investments, and headcount for assigned business departments.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets, and develop measures to support target achievement.
- Monitor target gaps and track the development of financial opportunities.
- Advise and support senior management on financial matters.
- Continuously improve financial processes and support a wide range of projects.
- Work with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
Requirements
- A university degree in finance, business, or a technical discipline.
- Several years of experience in finance or a role requiring strong financial insight.
- Knowledge of financial systems; familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- An open mindset and prior knowledge of AI applications.
- A precise, structured, and analytical working style with a data-driven approach.
- The ability to act as a trusted adviser and partner to senior management on financial matters.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English; German is an advantage.
