Financial Controller

Tasks

• You monitor the quality and reliability of our financial administration.
• You prepare periodic financial reports, analyses, and forecasts.
• You monitor costs, results, and liquidity, and identify risks and improvement opportunities in a timely manner.
• You work closely with the project controller to keep our construction projects financially under control.
• You actively contact project managers and other colleagues to resolve financial issues.
• You take the initiative to make financial processes, systems, and reports smarter and more efficient.
• Requirements
• Higher professional education in a financial direction.
• Substantial experience in a financial position, preferably within a project-oriented organization.
• A solid financial and administrative foundation and sharp analytical skills.
• A proactive, independent, and result-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills and the courage to critically question colleagues.
• Experience in the construction sector or project organization and with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience in managing, guiding, or coordinating a financial and administrative department.
