Would you like to work on international OEM customer projects as part of a dynamic team and represent customer quality expectations within our organization? The primary mission of our Project Quality team is to support development projects from a quality assurance perspective.
Tasks
- Supporting software and mechatronic product development projects from a quality assurance perspective
- Supporting process-based quality assurance within projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of related processes
- Collaborating with international project teams to achieve quality objectives
- Planning and tracking quality assurance activities within customer projects
- Defining, monitoring, and reporting quality metrics, as well as project-related risks
- Preparing and presenting quality reports
- Evaluating quality-relevant data during the technical product approval process
- Mentoring, supporting, and coaching project team members
- Preparing and coordinating customer and internal audits and assessments
- Cooperating with other company locations and maintaining contact with customers

Requirements
- Hold a university degree in an engineering field
- Have experience in automotive product development or software development environments
- Have business-fluent English and Hungarian language skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Possess strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Are highly proficient in MS Office applications
- Are willing to work in a hybrid setup (3 days office / 2 days home office per week)
