Petrányi Autó is looking for a Body Shop Manager to provide unified professional, financial, and operational management for the company's two body repair plants in Budapest.
Tasks
- Unified professional, financial, and operational management of the company's two body repair plants in Budapest (workshops, reception)
- Selection of strategic subcontractors, contract negotiation, and ensuring effective cooperation
- Active participation in the development of business line strategy
- Defining and enforcing unified body repair processes
- Continuous monitoring and management of workshop productivity
- Managing service reception processes and ensuring high-quality customer service
- Monitoring repair deadlines and reducing average repair time
- Management-level communication with existing major partners (fleets, insurance companies), development of cooperation terms
- Setting performance goals for employees, evaluation, and staff motivation
- Strengthening cooperation between departments (body shop, paint shop, service)

Requirements
- Minimum secondary education, higher education is an advantage
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Outstanding customer handling skills
- Confident computer skills (Excel, ERP systems)
- Category B driving license
