As a Senior SME Acquisition Manager, you will play a defining role in building new customer relationships while supporting the development of domestic businesses with tailored financial solutions at K&H Csoport in Vác.
Tasks
- Initiating and conducting business negotiations in person and online
- Presenting K&H's full corporate and retail product portfolio based on customer needs
- Organizing and conducting client meetings and site visits
- Identifying new business opportunities based on existing network and market intelligence
- Close cooperation with branch SME experts, retail advisors, and other business areas
- Participating in SME events, professional gatherings, and business networking programs

Requirements
- Minimum secondary education; a higher degree in economics or finance is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of sales, business development, or acquisition experience
- Experience in the SME or financial sector is an advantage
- Proven track record in acquiring new customers
- Confident negotiation and networking experience
- User-level knowledge of MS Office
- High level of customer-centricity
- Category B driving license and mobility in the assigned region
