MVM is looking for a medior customer relations specialist for its customer service in Pécs. The duties of the position include serving customers in person and by phone, concluding contracts, handling billing issues, and participating in testing customer service IT systems.
Tasks
- Serving customers arriving at the personal customer service and performing related administration
- Full solution of individual needs
- Conclusion of new contracts, handling of modification and termination requests
- Performing tasks related to consumption measurement and meter management
- Handling customer payments and POS terminal operation
- Answering billing-related questions
- Active participation in testing customer service IT systems
- Drafting responses to written inquiries
- Recommending convenience services
- Handling telephone inquiries, performing tasks related to electronic document management

- Have at least a secondary education, high school diploma
- Be empathetic, find the best solution for the customer in every situation
- Be able to quickly learn and apply new information
- Be able to handle parallel tasks with patience
- Have experience in customer service, customer relations
- Have experience in using complex computer or enterprise resource planning systems
- Be open to novelties, do not be afraid of challenges, learning and using new systems
- Be flexible, as your five weekday working hours are aligned with the customer service opening hours, which means four free weekday afternoons per week
