Seeking a senior Infor M3 Solution Architect to support a complex, multi-country ERP transformation within a European manufacturing/FMCG organisation. The programme has an established internal Architecture & Integration team, but requires an experienced specialist to strengthen M3 solution architecture, technical governance and delivery controls.
Tasks
- Strong, demonstrable Infor M3 solution architecture experience.
- Experience delivering complex ERP implementations within manufacturing, FMCG or supply chain environments.
- Deep understanding of how M3 modules, business processes and integrations work together.
- Experience establishing configuration management, environment management and release management processes.
- Experience working across ERP integrations, legacy systems and wider enterprise application landscapes.
- Ability to introduce technical governance, structure and best practices into challenging or immature ERP programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, particularly working with internal technical teams and external systems integrators.
- Ability to mentor internal teams and transfer knowledge.
