Tasks
- Use, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
- Performing laboratory tests: pH and density measurement, titration, measuring the thermal conductivity of insulating material, measuring physical characteristics, determining moisture and organic matter content, measuring fiber thickness, determining the particle size distribution of incoming goods, etc.
- Sampling.
- Quality control of samples.
- Testing of incoming raw materials.
- Investigation and resolution of quality issues.
- Reporting deviations and non-conformities to related departments
- Participation in the preparation and conduct of internal and external audits
- Management and keeping documentation up to date, including laboratory protocols, inspection reports, and calibration documents.
- Keeping the workspace clean (compliance with 5S); regular cleaning of laboratory equipment and apparatus.

Requirements
- Secondary education, chemical background preferred
- At least 1-2 years of laboratory quality control experience
- Analytical mindset
- High school-level knowledge of chemistry, mathematics, physics, and calculations
- Precise and accurate work
- Computer literacy at user level (EXCEL, WORD)
- Basic English language skills
- Intermediate spoken and written English is an advantage
