For our manufacturing partner company, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Welding Engineer based in Esztergom, for a long-term position in a stable company.
Tasks
- Introduction and activation of new tools, machines, and equipment
- Preparation and evaluation of run-at-rate production for new products
- Improving the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes
- Definition and optimization of technological parameters
- ROI calculations when examining alternative technologies
- Implementation of engineering changes in series production

Requirements
- Degree in welding engineering
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience
- Communicative English language skills
- Independent, decisive, flexible, and results-oriented attitude
- Advantage: NPI experience, German language skills, SAP knowledge, CNC experience, knowledge of automotive standards (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5)
