We are looking for an AI developer to develop and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs, Agentic AI, and Generative AI systems. You will participate in building and deploying robust AI applications and services on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Tasks
- Develop and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs, Agentic AI, and Generative AI systems.
- Participate in building and deploying robust AI applications and services on cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Design and implement efficient AI pipelines — from data preparation through to model deployment and monitoring.
- Create proof-of-concept solutions for the A&A function to increase operational efficiency.
- Delegate to and mentor junior AI developer colleagues.
- Break down new features into manageable tasks.
- Research new technologies for new and existing projects.
- Collaborate with the broader development team to establish proper communication between AI functions, frontend, and backend.

Requirements
- University/college degree (preferred in Computer Science or Engineering, with AI specialization).
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with version control tools (Azure DevOps/Git).
- Strong command of English language (both verbal and written) and native Hungarian.
- Team player attitude, motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, self-driven personality.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
