On behalf of one of our largest clients, we are looking for a Statutory Manager to lead a regional statutory accounting team, oversee reporting activities across multiple countries, and drive the continuous improvement of finance processes in an international environment.
Tasks
- Lead, develop, and support a team of 10 professionals
- Oversee statutory accounting processes across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and filing requirements
- Review statutory financial statements, GAAP-to-statutory reconciliations, and key accounting deliverables
- Coordinate external audits and build strong relationships with international stakeholders
- Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in statutory reporting, accounting, or controllership within a multinational environment
- Previous people management experience, ideally leading a team of 8-10
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and a solid understanding of local GAAP requirements
- Confident English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different countries
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for process improvement and operational excellence
