At Roche, we operate in an agile organizational set-up without extensive hierarchical structure. We are looking for a BI Developer to implement end-to-end analytics and dynamic visualizations in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent enterprise BI platforms, and prepare, transform, and model data using SQL, Python, or dbt.
Tasks
- Implement end-to-end analytics and dynamic visualizations in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent enterprise BI platforms
- Prepare, transform, and model data using SQL, Python, or dbt - leveraging enterprise cloud environments like Snowflake and Microsoft Azure
- Lead and facilitate requirement gathering, work on initiatives across global regions and time zones, and build cross-department relationships to identify synergies and standardize metrics
- Partner with global stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and impactful dashboards
- Participate in deploying secure, scalable, and high-performance analytics solutions, as well as exploratory initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies
- Drive continuous improvement by performing demos, retrospectives, and sprint reviews within an agile, cross-functional team environment
- Embrace lean documentation, fast iterations, and close collaboration between IT and business partners

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's is a plus) in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance/Economics, or a related field
- 2--5 years of hands-on experience in data & analytics, ideally within a global or multicultural enterprise
- Proficiency in at least one enterprise BI tool (Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Strong SQL skills with practical experience in data transformation, data modeling, or querying in cloud environments (Snowflake, Microsoft Azure)
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
