Tasks
- Drafting credit and collateral agreements, and amendments
- Conducting pre-contractual checks as part of preparing contractual documentation
- Developing legal solutions and executing tasks related to loan restructuring
- Close cooperation and liaison with relevant business, risk management, and legal departments
- Developing standard contract templates
- Preparing banking regulations affecting the contract drafting process

Requirements
- Higher education in economics or law
