In the Yettel team, we constantly work on simpler and more transparent digital solutions to make our customers' lives easier. Our goal is to expand our company with true pioneer talents, and we are counting on our new Sourcing Recruiter colleague for this.
Tasks
- End-to-end management of recruitment projects from IT and marketing to finance and legal searches
- Taking the job brief, developing a search strategy, writing and managing job postings
- Sourcing on various professional platforms
- Pre-screening, interviewing via phone, online, or video call
- Making job offers and managing the approval process
- Candidate management and administration in the ATS system
- Maintaining active contact with Hiring Managers
- Supporting side projects (employer branding, ATS usage, interview technique training)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in white-collar recruitment
- Sourcing knowledge: confident use of Linkedin Recruiter
- Multinational background is an advantage
- Focus on candidate experience
- Can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Data-driven mindset and confident digital skills
