- Organising shift schedules adapted to customer needs for the post office organisational unit under supervision
- Supervision of technological processes
- Application of motivational systems
- Organising training sessions and meetings, compiling training aids
- Substitution for internal job roles within the post office
- Recommending and selling services, postal products, and postal financial products
- Fulfilling service tasks related to the post office or the substituted role
