As part of the Viessmann Climate Solutions business unit operating within Carrier Global Corporation, our company specializes in the manufacture of residential and industrial boilers. Our company is looking for German-speaking customer service representatives for its service center in Pécs.
Tasks
- active telephone and written support and communication with existing customers
- scheduling orders and service appointments
- professional and empathetic handling of complaints
- answering customer inquiries and resolving their issues
- performing administrative tasks related to phone calls
- maintaining customer data, data reconciliation
- supporting the service team
