We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join the growing team of our automotive supplier partner, bringing a solid professional background in process quality, customer quality management, and automotive quality assurance.
Tasks
- Quality control and continuous improvement of the entire manufacturing process
- Development and optimization of process quality control plans, Control Plans, and SPC analyses
- Analysis of production quality data, identification of quality risks, and development of improvement measures
- Investigation of internal quality deviations using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa diagram, and other problem-solving methods
- Development of work instructions and quality control documentation, as well as training of quality inspectors
- Maintaining contact with domestic and international OEM and Tier 1 customers
- Full management of customer complaints, returns, and quality deviations
- Performing root cause analyses, preparing 8D reports, and submitting them to the customer
- Tracking corrective and preventive actions and verifying their effectiveness
- Coordinating customer audits, preparing audit documentation, and handling deviations
- Supporting supplier quality management, handling supplier issues, and tracking development measures
- Supporting the operation and continuous improvement of the IATF 16949 quality management system
- Initiating and supporting quality improvement projects
- Regular analysis of quality data, KPIs, and reports

Requirements
- Higher education: mechanical engineering, quality assurance, materials engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality / quality assurance
- Experience in an automotive environment
- Thorough knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and Control Plan methods
- Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, and other root cause analysis methods
- Experience in handling customer complaints and audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent, negotiation-level English language skills
- MS Office
