Do you have experience in finance? Join our partner in Székesfehérvár and be a part of an international team. You will be responsible for providing credit and financial administrative support services.
Tasks
- Manage customer portfolios to maximize cash flow, minimize overdue balances, and provide details for cash application.
- Conduct proactive pre-collection and follow-up calls/emails and resolve customer queries.
- Handle held orders, resolve commercial or credit issues with sales teams, and escalate complex risks to the Credit Manager.
- Maintain records, generate reports, promote continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance with internal control objectives.

Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience or a secondary/tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Trade.
- Strong grasp of core financial principles and the bottom-line impact of payment delays.
- Fluent in English and able to work the afternoon shift to support cross-time-zone coverage.
- Proficient in typing, general computer applications, and administrative workflows.
- Highly self-directed with strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
