OTP Bank is a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe. We are looking for an experienced professional for the Corporate Account Management Team Leader position to coordinate account management tasks for domestic and international corporate clients.
Tasks
- Professional management of corporate account management colleagues, work organization, and performance monitoring.
- Occasionally providing full-service fulfillment for corporate clients' account management needs.
- Participation as an authorized signatory in the expert administration of account-related services, supervising daily employee work.
- Handling and coordination of standard and custom cases with the simultaneous involvement of multiple related departments.
- Supporting the sale of passive products and services to corporate clients, participating in client negotiations.
- Formulating product and process development proposals tailored to client needs.
- Participating in request fulfillment for special cash management products.
- Operational participation in securities account management services as required.
- Professional leadership of the organizational unit, ensuring its performance and development.
- Task prioritization and resource planning aligned with strategic goals.
- Team work coordination, professional supervision, and quality assurance.
- Professional support and development of employees, performance evaluation, and providing feedback.
- Leading recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
