We are looking for several motivated and ambitious acquisition entrepreneurs to take the helm of companies in the broader financial services sector. We offer co-investment deals or transactions 100% financed by our group with a clear goal: to acquire, structure and grow companies that will become long-term members of our network.
Tasks
- Define and roll out the strategy of the acquired company over the short, medium and long term
- Oversee operational, administrative and financial management
- Lead, retain and unite teams around a shared project
- Grow the business and the client portfolio
- Negotiate with partners, insurers, banks, financial institutions and key stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Identify external growth opportunities and help integrate new entities into the group

Requirements
- Solid experience in management and business development, ideally gained in banking, insurance, wealth management, real estate, corporate finance, accounting or financial advisory
- Know how to structure a services business, bring teams together and engage with senior stakeholders
- Autonomous, rigorous and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset
