We are looking for a new colleague to join our team responsible for preparing investments related to high- (132 kV) and medium-voltage substations and high-voltage route-bound networks, coordinating permit and detailed design development, and managing the CAPEX and NW OPEX portfolio.
Tasks
- Participating in compiling, scheduling, and monitoring annual and medium-term main distribution network investment and operational cost plans at the three-company level
- Scheduling main distribution network investments, compiling their technical content, coordinating relevant professional fields, participating in design procurement procedures, and managing design work
- Managing project reviews involving relevant specialist fields, maintaining contact with external partners and internal co-departments
- Participating in official permit acquisition procedures, participating in external and internal audits
- Participating in contractor procurement procedures, providing technical support
- Participating in compiling MGT documents related to main distribution network customer energy demands, and providing professional support to the design portfolio manager
- Analyzing plan/actual data, participating in the preparation of forecasts and reports, developing efficiency and quality improvement measures, optimizing planned works
- Preparing analyses on technical, economic, and organizational processes affecting company activities, preparing decision-making proposals, reviewing regulations concerning main distribution network investment and operational activities prepared by partner organizations
- Performing priority tasks (e.g., priority state investments, MEK data provision, business report data provision) in the specialist field and within the network licensee area
- Managing design contract modifications, issuing completion certificates to design partners
- Participating in domestic and international projects related to the tasks of the specialist field, occasionally managing projects independently
- Establishment and reconstruction of 132 kV route-bound (overhead and cable) networks
- Construction of new greenfield substations, reconstruction of existing substations
- Architectural, fire safety, and asset protection projects
- Other system-interest investments
