The Operations Manager ensures the smooth operational running of the Südkurve Foundation. They are responsible for the efficient organization of offers and services, support the further development of the organization, and promote an appreciative, participatory leadership culture. As a member of the executive board, the Operations Manager works closely with the management and department heads, contributing to the sustainable development of the foundation.

- Management and support of department heads, as well as coordination of cross-functional processes
- Continuous development of structures and processes
- Personnel management and development
- Financial management and resource management
- Quality, organizational, and service development
- Projects, digitalization, and change processes
Requirements
- You have a relevant degree in business administration, social management, corporate management, or an equivalent qualification.
- You bring several years of management experience and ideally have already led teams and operational units — preferably in a social institution, NGO, educational, healthcare, or service organization.
- You have experience in budgeting, process management, and organizational development.
- You are a dedicated and socially competent leader with natural authority, clear communication, and the ability to motivate and engage people.
- You work in a structured, independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic manner.
- You identify with the social mission of the foundation and its Christian background.
