Tasks
- Independent and resource-oriented care as well as counselling for our clients
- Carrying out needs assessments using interRAI-HC
- Assuming case management and coordination of care
Requirements
- Degree as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF
- An advantage: Spitex experience and knowledge of interRAI-HC
- Enjoyment of working independently and interacting with people
- Team spirit, flexibility and a positive attitude
