In this role, you will be responsible for delivering one or more core HR Operations processes. You will develop an in‑depth understanding of HR systems, operational workflows, and relevant policy or legislative requirements. The role places strong emphasis on data accuracy, process execution, and issue resolution to support key HR decisions.
Tasks
- HR Operations service delivery --- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of multiple HR Operations processes.
- Operational support & issue resolution --- Uses established procedures to resolve operational issues.
- Cross‑functional collaboration --- Works closely with colleagues across HR, business teams, and external partners to resolve cases and improve service quality.
- Data integrity & administration --- Performs accurate data entry, conducts quality checks, and ensures information is maintained to a high standard.
- Understanding of HR processes --- Applies general business and HR knowledge gained through education or experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
