Tasks
- Theoretical and practical professional training in mechanical and electronics fields, mentoring students participating in dual education.
- Preparing students for professional exams and working in an industrial environment, supporting the implementation of practical exams.
- Organizing and coordinating training workshop and plant internships, as well as supporting the efficient operation of training workshops.
- Developing and creating educational programs, curricula, technical documentation, and teaching aids.
- Maintaining contact with partner institutions and school instructors, aligning training programs, and participating in career guidance programs, open days, and plant tours.
- Performing administrative, organizational, and development tasks related to vocational and internal professional training programs, coordinating equipment and material management.
