Our international client is looking for a Business Planning and Performance Specialist to support the planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of a large-scale promotional products programme. This is a highly analytical, Excel-driven role combining business planning, performance management, stakeholder coordination, and commercial decision support.
Tasks
- Monitor programme performance against financial targets, KPIs, and business plans
- Consolidate data from multiple systems and sources to provide a clear view of programme health
- Analyse trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Support weekly and monthly business reviews, reporting, and performance tracking
- Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with Buying, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and international stakeholders
- Support programme changes and assess their potential business impact
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve programme performance
- Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and performance views
