Coordinating the delivery, technical implementation, and continuous development of Conversational AI solutions. Ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and operation of chatbots, voicebots, and AI agent solutions aligned with business goals, working closely with development, business, and product owner teams.
Tasks
- End-to-end coordination of Conversational AI developments and implementations
- Supporting the technical implementation of chatbot, voicebot, and AI agent solutions
- Aligning business and functional requirements with development teams
- Coordinating the integration of enterprise systems and Conversational AI platforms
- Managing development schedules, delivery deadlines, and priorities
- Supporting the creation of prompts, knowledge bases, and automated processes
- Coordinating testing, bug tracking, and quality assurance processes
- Tracking performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities
- Collaborating with Product Owners, developers, business units, and external partners
- Creating and maintaining technical and project documentation

Requirements
- you have a degree in business informatics, business IT, technical management, economics, or IT
- you have 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in IT delivery, project management, or digital product development
- you have professional working proficiency in English
- you confidently coordinate multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- you have a strong grasp of business and technological needs and are able to align them
- you are familiar with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies
- you are proficient in using JIRA and Miro tools
- you possess strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
