Tasks
- Full-scale coordination of new automotive projects from project start to serial production
- Maintaining contact and regular alignment with OEM customers
- Monitoring project plans, milestones, and schedules
- Coordinating requirements and tasks related to project phases
- Collaboration between engineering, quality assurance, procurement, production, and other departments
- Leading project meetings, tracking statuses and risks
- Supporting preparation for customer audits and project reviews
- Cooperating with international project teams and foreign partners
- Managing automotive requirements associated with project phases

Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Experience in managing automotive New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Experience in direct project management cooperation with OEM customers
- Professional experience in automotive manufacturing
- Active command of English, both spoken and written
