Role: AI Consultant. Development, integration, and operation of scalable AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent assistance systems using modern AI technologies and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
Tasks
- Development, integration, and operation of scalable AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent assistance systems.
- Modern AI technologies and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
- Conceptualization and implementation of AI use cases in collaboration with business units, from initial idea and Proof of Concept (PoC) to production deployment.
- Technical consulting for business units on AI solution integration and use across the entire value chain.
- Secure, stable, and cost-effective operation of production AI applications.
- Definition and continuous improvement of technical standards, AI architectures, and reusable components.
- Collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and business teams.
- Coaching and guidance on modern AI and Agentic AI technologies.
Requirements
- German language proficiency -- mandatory.
- Experience developing, integrating, and operating modern AI applications and GenAI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of software architecture, DevOps methodologies, and production processes.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach with strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
- IT Specialist vocational training with further education in Business Informatics; or Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
