The OTC Sales & Expert Representative visits pharmacies to ensure Haleon's competitive advantage in the market and to increase recommendations of Haleon brands among healthcare professionals.
Tasks
- Taking orders via the CRM system (Veeva) and forwarding them to wholesalers
- Maximizing product visibility through effective shelf placement and POS materials, monitored via the TRAX system
- Checking and optimizing product availability
- Gathering information on competitor activities through the CRM system
- Holding professional presentations for pharmacists on the composition, mechanism, and effectiveness of our products
- Delivering POS materials and product samples to pharmacies, and properly documenting the handover
- Organizing and holding professional visits (at least once a quarter for pharmacists)
- Active participation in events, exhibitions, and other activities
