The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for complex and recurring roles within the Engineering, Software and Tech job function in Central Europe. This role partners closely with People Leaders and HR to identify, attract, assess, and hire strong talent across Engineering functions.
Tasks
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned Engineering, Software and Tech roles across Central Europe
- Lead hiring for complex and hard to fill roles, using advanced sourcing techniques
- Screen and assess candidates for functional fit, capability, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring skill areas
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and sourcing strategies
- Lead offer discussions and manage more complex offer situations
- Apply Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset in day to day recruiting delivery

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in recruitment, with strong end-to-end hiring expertise
- Proven experience recruiting for complex roles across multiple functions or countries
- Strong capability in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Experience advising hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
