Our client is looking for a Product Manager & Sales Representative to take ownership of the sales and product management activities related to high-value equipment used in the waste management and recycling industry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical interest, a passion for building customer relationships, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from the first customer interaction through to the delivery of the equipment.
Tasks
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer relationships across Hungary.
- Visit customers, assess their needs, and recommend the most suitable equipment and technical solutions.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and stay up to date with new product developments through manufacturer training programs.
- Review and interpret English-language technical documentation and product information.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute ideas for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Support pricing activities and cost calculations.
- Track and manage manufacturer support programs and incentives.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.

Requirements
- Strong technical affinity and willingness to learn about industrial machinery and equipment.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Active English language skills (minimum intermediate level), both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, quotations, and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel regularly within Hungary.
