Tasks
- assess the needs of customers visiting One stores and offer them the best solutions while keeping customer satisfaction and company goals in mind
- manage comprehensive sales processes: present new devices and services while focusing on customer needs (cross-sell, up-sell)
- provide customer service during store opening hours — including weekends, 40 hours per week
