We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for the new production department at Siemens Energy! Production supervision and management during the manufacturing of gas turbine burners.
Tasks
- Production supervision and management
- Deadline tracking based on the detailed production schedule
- Ensuring smooth continuous production
- Ensuring proper production efficiency
- Managing subordinates' work, enforcing labor discipline
- Enforcing manufacturing technology (machining or welding)
- Accurate preparation of various documents and reports
- Compliance and enforcement of occupational health and safety, fire safety, quality and environmental management regulations
- Compliance and enforcement of workplace organization (5S system)

Requirements
- Secondary technical education in mechanical engineering
- Experience in machining or welding
- At least 2 years of experience as a shift supervisor
- Precise, reliable personality
- Basic knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office)
- Conversational German/English language skills are an advantage
