- Contribute to a multi-workstream digital transformation program at our partner Downstream aimed at improving margin management, planning, scheduling, operational decision-making, and refinery-related business processes through the development and enhancement of several interconnected systems.

- Experience coordinating business analysts, prioritizing workloads, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with business leaders, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with experience using KPIs, reporting tools, and data insights to support decisions.
