NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary's team as a Medior HR Generalist. In this position, you will coordinate and manage HR administration, employment-related activities, and payroll support processes throughout the full employee lifecycle of both internal and external workers. The role primarily focuses on supporting NN RAS.
Tasks
- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment and structural changes, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documents and employee data in HR systems such as Workday, Nexon and Lotus Notes.
- Support monthly payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and related HR processes, in cooperation with the payroll provider.
- Provide professional HR support to employees and managers, handling HR inquiries, certificates, and ServiceNow requests.
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee communications, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
- Contribute to HR process improvements, digitalization, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting the RAS HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2--3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR operations, payroll support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Good working knowledge of labor law and employment regulations
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow; knowledge of other HR systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent Hungarian and confident English language skills.
