MOL Group is an integrated international oil and gas company. We are looking for a colleague for the development engineer position to improve the maintenance systems and processes of the Danube Refinery, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
Tasks
- Improving, operating and continuously supporting refinery maintenance processes to ensure high equipment availability.
- Keeping the SAP technical database up to date, improving data quality, and managing technical data for new systems and changes.
- Technical preparation of maintenance and shutdown work, coordination of related SAP processes, and cooperation with partner organizations.
- Participating in the auditing of maintenance processes, developing improvement proposals, and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.
- Operating and developing maintenance support IT systems (SAP PM, Planning Tool), and supporting related training and knowledge sharing.
- KPI-based performance tracking, creation and development of reports, and supporting the application and development of maintenance standards.

Requirements
- Higher education in a technical field, instrumentation or electrical specialization.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Knowledge of refinery technologies and oil industry systems
- Conversational English skills
- User-level IT skills (MS Office)
- Reliability, precision, and analytical thinking
- Responsible and accurate work performance
- Category B driving license
