CETIN Hungary is looking for a CAPEX Controller to support planning and decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will work closely with technical and operational teams, contributing to CAPEX planning, monitoring performance, and improving financial processes.
Tasks
- Contribute to CAPEX planning activities, including Long-Term Planning (LTP) and Forecasting (FC)
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports to support decision-making
- Monitor and analyze investment performance, identifying key trends and insights
- Build close, collaborative relationships with technical and operational teams
- Support monthly closing and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance, standardize and automate financial processes
- Participate in end-to-end process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2--3 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar roles
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Advanced Excel skills (including complex functions and large datasets)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive results
- Interest in technology and engineering-related topics
- Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation
- Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
