As an Account Executive / Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a defined portfolio of enterprise and corporate customers, driving growth through strategic account management and services-led selling. You will work as part of an account team together with Inside Sales and technical experts, combining relationship management with commercial execution to grow customer value.
Tasks
- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including existing and target customers
- Drive revenue growth by expanding services footprint (cloud, consulting, managed services)
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers (CxO level)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and growth strategies
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Solution Advisors, and delivery teams to win and deliver business
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline and ensure accurate CRM tracking

Requirements
- Experience in enterprise IT sales or account management
- Background in selling IT services, cloud solutions, or software licensing
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts
- Strong commercial mindset and revenue ownership
- Ability to engage with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Willingness to work in team-based sales environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing your own accounts without micromanagement
- Valid visa for Hungary
- Fluent Hungarian and solid English communication skills, written and verbal
