MSX International supports leading automotive brands worldwide, helping improve repair performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales operations. The Warranty Assessor is responsible for assessing warranty claims, authorizations, and IDS tickets in compliance with specified processes.

Requirements
- University degree or relevant education in engineering, business administration, automotive, finance, or a related technical field
- Preferably at least 2 years in an aftersales automotive environment, with warranty assessment experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive parts, diagnosis, and repair
- Very good or expert knowledge of warranty regulations, policies, and systems
