K&H karrierstart! is a 12-month priority talent program for university students and recent graduates. Throughout the year, you can try out multiple banking areas in rotation while working on real business tasks, supported by mentors, with everything centered around your growth.
Tasks
- Working on real business challenges (e.g., digital innovations, improving customer experience, product development)
- Getting to know the operation of the retail and corporate network in the first half of the year
- Choosing two teams in the second half of the year based on interests and strengths
- Being the face and voice of the program and K&H towards young talents

Requirements
- you only have half a year left at university or recently graduated in economics/finance with less than 2 years of professional experience
- you are full of ideas and eager to bring them to life
- you are able to quickly grasp connections and organize the information received
- you love learning new things, asking questions, and gathering feedback to help you grow
- you find joy in teamwork and meeting new people on a daily basis
- you dare to take the initiative and assume responsibility
