Tasks
- Reviewing traffic forecasts prepared for production and procurement purposes
- Providing logistical support for product launches in cooperation with the relevant organizational units
- Coordinating information flow between markets, production, and procurement
- Providing ongoing data reporting to related departments regarding the production plan, ongoing production, and stock levels
- Monitoring inventory levels, signaling stock levels higher than optimal or anticipated shortages
- Determining, maintaining, and regularly reviewing safety stock level settings
