GNX Engineering Kft. is a dynamically developing energy engineering company operating in the field of sustainable power systems and smart energy storage solutions. We are looking for a Junior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer to join our expanding team in Budapest.
Tasks
- Supporting the digital and control system infrastructure of energy storage and medium voltage systems.
- Setting up and basic configuration of field communication and control devices.
- Supporting the establishment and maintenance of stable data connections between field and central systems.
- Supporting the operation and testing of supervisory and control systems.
- Monitoring monitoring systems and initial error handling.
- Preparing updates, backups, and technical documentation.

Requirements
- you have a degree in electrical, IT or automation engineering (BSc/MSc or in progress)
- you have confident basic IP networking knowledge (routing, VLAN, VPN, NAT, firewall)
- you know the basics of Windows and Linux systems
- you follow cybersecurity principles
- you are fluent in English, both spoken and written
- you are precise, independent, and have a systematic approach
- you have a category B driving license
